Becky Trejo- Upshaw is the Founder, Owner, Executive Artistic Director, Fashion Designer, Choreographer, and Instructor of The Next Generation (NG) Professional Co. which is co- Owned and Operated with her beautiful daughter Miranda Brackins. Starting with nothing more than a dream and passion to help new talents get a start in the competitive entertainment business, Becky Trejo- Upshaw founded The Next Generation (NG) Professional Co. in 2012. Providing a vehicle to help all types of talent to succeed in dance, music, modeling, TV, film, promotions, and live events worldwide. Ms. Becky is a philanthropist who enjoys supporting charities, local artists/ talent, and community events. Becky feels honored and blessed to have been able to help so many artists/ talent fulfill their dreams and goals in creating a career in arts and entertainment, as well as creating strong leaders and role models in the process. Ms. Becky is currently working with her production team to create a broadcast network dedicated to art, lifestyle and entertainment. The success rate of students that train with NG are amazing, many have gone on to work with Big-name Artists and companies such as Lady Gaga, Tyra Banks, Debbie Allen, Doja Cat, Daddy Yankee, Play & Skillz, Solo Lucci, Sir Earl Toon…. headliners for Nelly , A.B. Quintanilla, Fashion weeks and more….NG has also trained dancers who dance on Pro-Dance Teams such as The Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders, Dallas Cowboys Rhythm & Blue, Dallas Mavericks, Dallas Sidekicks and Texas Live Lonstars….continued credits such as Americas Got Talent-NBC, Good Morning Texas-ABC, Nike, Cartier and the list goes on … Ms Becky is also the Founder/Designer of STYLEZ & DESIGNZ BY MIRANDA clothing brand that has been invited to tour NYFW, LAFW, MIAMI, PARIS & LONDON Fashion Week.

Miranda Brackins is the Co-Owner and Artistic Director of The Next Generation (NG) Professional Co. and THE STAGE Event.

Miranda has been dancing since year 2000 , She graduated from Booker T. Washington High School for the Performing and Visual Arts where she was named one of the top 10 choreographers in her class. After graduating Miranda accepted a scholarship in dance to attend AMDA College and Conservatory of the Performing Arts New York/ Los Angeles. Miranda started her first year of studies in Los Angeles where she had the honor to meet Mrs. Debbie Allen. She was then offered the opportunity to train with a scholarship under the Direction of Mrs. Allen and her amazing staff in Los Angeles. Miranda Brackins is not only a passionate dancer she is also a passionate instructor and choreographer. She was a student instructor at the age of 14 and has now developed a student instructor program for her students at The Next Generation (NG) Professional Co. She continues to instruct Ballet, Lyrical, Contemporary, Jazz, Hip Hop, Modeling and Artist/ Talent Development at her studio. Outside of her business Miranda continues Dancing, Choreographing and Modeling professionally as she helps mentor and guide the Next Generation of Artists/ Talents.
