The Next Generation (NG) Professional Co. represents various professionals ages 6 to adult including Dancers, Choreographers, Models, Recording Artists, Actors, Social Media Personalities, or Kidpreneurs/ Teenpreneurs/ Entrepreneurs  to name a few. Our talent can be seen in main stage performances,  films, television, magazines, product endorsements, promotional shoots and in runway shows in the world's leading fashion capitals. Next Generation (NG) Professional Co.  is talent centered, we believe in putting our talent first and creating a market place value for a talent that is unique to them. Former talent have gone on to attend prestigious programs across the country on scholarships and to work professionally in their industry. The Next Generation (NG) Professional Co. works hard to maximize our clients opportunities.

The Next Generation (NG) Professional Co. does not do open calls for talent so you will not find us in malls, trade shows,  etc.  There are only two ways to be represented by The Next Generation (NG) Professional Co. the first is if one of our  scout reaches out to you regarding placement and second if you come across our website and fill out a "Request for Representation" form.  We are selective with the talent that we work with and our evaluation process is very competitive.  If you are a Dancer, Choreographer, Model, Recording Artist, Actor, Social Media Personality, or Kidpreneur/ Teenpreneur/ Entrepreneur  fill out our "Request for Representation" form.  We will respond promptly guiding you through the next steps in order to be represented by The Next Generation (NG) Professional Co. Placement is by evaluation only. Talent must sign a contract committing themselves to participation for one year. Class attendance in all required  training classes is mandatory as is attendance at all scheduled rehearsals and bookings. Talent is required to train 2 to 10 hours per week depending on level. Acceptance and level placement is at the sole discretion of The Next Generation (NG) Professional Co. and decisions are final.
